Sachin Oza has over ten years of experience in strategy, business development and innovation, particularly in the mobility and manufacturing industries. As an independent consultant, he supports companies in identifying market potentials and trends, conducting competitive analyses, and developing data-driven strategies for market entry and growth. He works closely with corporates and start-ups to explore new markets and industries, develop scalable business models and build strong networks and strategic partnerships.

Thomas Brandt has been supporting startups at the PioneerPort of Zeppelin University as a founder coach for many years. He is a member of the board of the Zeppelin University Society and was a long-time managing director of Zeppelin Luftschiffbau, making him one of the recognized experts in the field of airships. As a coach, he supports startups in all areas, especially with his extensive network.
