Intense and Challenging
With our experienced coaches, consisting of founders and industry experts, we identify your blind spots and support you in stabilizing and validating your business model. We also help you acquire your first customers, create a future plan, and potentially convince investors of your startup. Get to know our coaches.
During the program, you will have a total of 20 on-site days, divided into four intensive 5-day blocks at Denkerhaus Weingarten. During this time, you and your team can fully focus on the development of your startup. Our experienced coaches will be by your side, guiding you through the essential next steps to advance your business.
During our on-site blocks, we bring together multiple startups with coaches, mentors, and investors, significantly expanding the participants' network. This peer-to-peer exchange allows you to share valuable insights and experiences with other founders and learn from each other while being at a similar stage of development.
The conclusion of our program is the Investor Summit Bodensee on September 11, 2025. Here, the best startups have the opportunity to convince potential investors of their business model. To prepare you optimally, we assist in creating a professional pitch deck as well as a detailed financial and timeline plan for the coming years.
